Something Different on July 4th!

Posted by Adam on Tuesday, 14 June, 2011

We want to make sure that everyone is aware that there WILL NOT be standard Monday PIR races on July 4th. Instead, we will be hosting a special racing event, The PIR 100, that evening. This will be perhaps your first and last chance to race 100 miles in a single evening at PIR.

The action will be fast-paced with more hot spot sprints, bigger prizes to give away, and attrition and team strategy playing more of a factor than on a standard evening.

The race is open to all Category 1/2/3 racers, both men and women, of all ages! See the PIR 100 website for full details.

We’re encouraging all racers to register online in advance through the great OBRA registration system to make our lives easier and to ensure you get a spot in the race – the field size is limited.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out there for a fun Independence day event!
