Some tips for racing at PIR:

Please, please sign in.

Lap bells are announced at the start of the race, but may change if groups
are being overtaken or finishing. Please listen for the bell, that is the
definitive answer of when the sprint laps occur.

The cameras have a very difficult time for riders that sprint on the far
side of the track. If you really want to be scored, please think about
being in the first 3 lanes ;-). Number placement is critical. If in doubt,
please ask an official is your number is correct. Riders with non visibile
number may not be scored. Please remember that PIR is not the world
championships and not all riders may be scored every night.

Riders should not ride in fields that they are not registered for. Groups
overtaking slower fields should go around and not through the slower group.

There should be no cool down for fields when there are still groups racing.
Please exit the course quickly and safely. Please look before you initiate
that U turn.

Free laps should be confirmed and reported to the finish line.
